1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Original Condition: The kit must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Tags & Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all professional fidelity tags still attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized Kits: Any jersey or training suit with customized names, numbers, or special sleeve patches cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
- Items on Clearance: Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
3. The Return Process
We’ve made returns as smooth as a perfect through-ball:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at [Your Support Email] with your Order Number and photos of the item.
- Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and the return address.
- Western US Warehouse Advantage: For our North American customers, we utilize our Western United States warehouse to process returns locally, significantly reducing your shipping hassle and wait time.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
If you need a different size for your elite club set or national team kit, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective item or the wrong kit, please contact us immediately. We will cover all costs to get the correct, 1:1 professional fidelity gear into your hands.
